Potential move for work. Anyone familiar with the Wichita Kansas area?

I’ve got a potential job change, new job would be in near the Wichita area. I’m in the DFW Texas area now, and this job would be about a 20% raise.

Anyone lived around there before and tell me what it’s like?

Hiking, camping, cycling, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, etc
