CB lore has it that Baxter approached Rose during his freshman year.

Something about getting more minutes or he would transfer. Started getting more minutes after that. Combine that with his intense desire to play last season in spite of using a year of eligibility for playing in a fraction of the season. Combine that with the Haarms transfer and other good players on the roster. Combine that with CB’s exuberance to project and prognosticate.

And here we are.
