ReyOso Intervention Needed
Here's a suggestion that usually (but not always) works for me.
There's a guy named Michael Sealey that has a YT channel with guided sleep meditations. I put on the headphones, listen to him for a while, and it usually shuts off the mind and lets me get back to sleep within about 20 minutes or so.
