and several other natural remedies as well. Yes, even oils, but those don't do anything for me.
Really, the best thing overall is just writing down everything on my mind, then reading a book, or turning on the TV and finding a movie or show to watch, reading/posting on CB as well. I generally am up most of the night, last night I did doze off on the couch around 5 AM, and then got up at 8 AM and have been to work ever since.
I am just hoping it doesn't spill over to tonight.
I have never tried any prescription drugs.
