Like it or not, it'd be arguably BYUs best win
Given that, they absolutely should take on Utah - need a way to stay relevant in the committee's eyes and Utah being ranked without playing means that Utah at least carries some respect.
Plus, with all the advantages Utah generally has, a year like this would be one of the better chances to break that streak.
