I think the difference is commitment

The change I'm thinking of is not about getting professional coaching, but a higher level of effort when there are no coaches. When it's summer break and the DBs, WRs and QBs can run skelly drills...who shows up? I think that Zach likely made the most of those opportunities.

Does that change expectations of current players of themselves?
