As a follow up, I'd also say the following:
1. Only put money in that you fully expect to disappear. If you aren't willing to light the money on fire, don't buy it.
2. If you do buy it, have a plan on when to get it out. Dollar cost average out as it is going up, take out your original investment as soon as you get to X%, etc. Fully expect a huge pump and dump.
3. Don't pretend that you are doing anything more than walking into a casino.

Finally, gambling addiction is a real thing. And people can get very caught up in stuff like this and lose a ton of money.
