Since my BIL gifted me SafeMoon and HOGE, I've done a lot of research to finally understand crypto. I'm still
learning, but I believe Bitcoin is much less risky than these alt-coins. Sure, Bitcoin still has a lot of risk, and will go through massive corrections every now and then. But it seems well established now, and these alt-coins are in their infancy and are much more likely to go to zero. There is a small chance they blow up and make it big long term. But that's very remote.

I've always been a BogleHead guy, only investing in Vanguard index and target funds. But there is some movement saying it's not entirely bad to have a very small portion of your portfolio in Bitcoin.

I'm still learning, but during the next Bitcoin correction, I may include it in my portfolio. Maybe 1-2% or so.
