Looking at their rankings it makes no sense whatsoever. Seems is if the primary
reason for the low ranking is simply due to a lower percentage of those 65+ that live her per capita than any other state - and that's likely a direct result of the large families you find here in the state. Everything else on their list seemed to grade at least middle-of-the pack if not in the top portion.
