One of the primary reasons is that they liked us as a couple and they liked our story and they wanted someone who would buy the home and renovate it and live there rather than tear it down and build something new. There’s a lot of history in this house.

And this couple just wanted quick cash and to be done with it. They had another offer from a neighbors friend and I beat that offer. So I’m not sure anybody took advantage of anybody in this circumstance.
