I love this take
The divisions are spot on but we can not share one with Memphis so Tulane would need to be in the West. The heavy weights on the East would be Cinci, Memphis, UCF, (possibly Navy) and the West coast heavies would be BYU, BSU, SDSU, Houston. I think a 10 - 3 conference champion goes in as the #6th seed 80%+ of the time.
