I wouldn't worry about toll roads, you can just drive through them.
Or you get a ticket when you get on and pay when you get off.

However here in TX no ticket and unless you go though them tons and rack up a bunch of money they don't come after the out of state people. Not worth the time trying to track you down.

Tolls on the East Coast usually have a cash lane that you can use. Sometimes you have to have exact change so be aware of that. But if not just go though, again most won't bother trying to find you unless the bill gets way high, like $200 or more.

Moved down to TX from Utah and drove though the tolls occasionally on my Utah plate, never had a problem. Ended up selling the car to a junk yard. Still haven't heard anything and I have registered cars in TX now and nothing.
