Tech trans attorney. My current company has me with golden handcuffs, and I'd take a paycut going pretty much
anywhere except 2 specific companies here in the Bay Area where they'd only match.

Utah is still 30% or more cheaper in housing than California. That said, Utah had a YoY increase in wages

Again, show me where you are seeing that data. Before 2020 Utah was increasing, it decreased in 2020
