You are looking at average personal income. I am looking at median household.
2 very very different metrics. Average income is often skewed very heavily. Median household income I believe is a far more accurate metric when discussing home affordability.

Again, show me where you are seeing that data. Before 2020 Utah was increasing, it decreased in 2020
