Wake Forest. Where else do you rank them?
I'm pretty shaky on Michigan, who has been eeking out wins over bad teams, such as Nebraska and Rutgers. But they are undefeated. Can you confidently rank Oregon higher than the Big 10 four-some? Oregon did beat Ohio State, but then they lost to a mediocre Stanford and very nearly lost to perhaps the worst P5 team (Cal). Maybe Ole Miss and Kentucky could be higher, but they don't have any marquee wins either.
Also, Michigan and Michigan State started the season outside the rankings, so these current rankings don't have anything to do with preseason rankings.
And lastly, Michigan manhandled Washington, Michigan State manhandled Miami, and Penn State beat #19 Auburn. So saying that their rankings are only attributed to beating B10 teams is disingenuous. All three of these schools scheduled teams that were ranked to start the season and they beat them soundly.
