Both have Strength of Record in the top 5 in the nation and have looked every bit as good as their ranking. Penn State has 1 loss but does have wins against 2 teams that were ranked when they played them and only loss is by 3 points to another highly ranked team. No real complaints with them being #8 right now. I do think that Ohio St is overranked relative to their resume, though. I'd probably have them 5-10 spots lower right now.
