A guy in my grad cohort walked into class today and announced he could not be a
part of the program because of our school’s mandate and asked us all to seriously consider the same. It was a really bizarre, awkward moment.
I felt really bad for him, as he did not look well physically and I know he deals with mental health issues. This is the first time I’ve seen him since the pandemic started. I imagine it’s been very rough on him.
