He had other opportunities. I think he’s wisely choosing to go to a place where he can showcase his talents and then take a step up to a D1 program if it works out.
I like Erickson and don’t like losing him. It’s been a crowded backcourt though, so I understand the move. Not aware of any instance where he’s trashed BYU or the staff, even when given the opportunity. Hope he does well and gets a chance to shine on a bigger stage soon.
