months for me now. Luckily it hasn't affected my ability to work since I'm a teacher on summer break. But I'm about to start up again and not looking forward to it. It has been mostly a lost summer.

I describe the feeling as wearing a weighted body suit so even standing up requires effort.

I will say that I'm finally seeing improvement in the last two weeks, but it is a slow and frustrating experience. I hope it goes faster for you.
