It’s beets, carrots, lemon, ginger and turmeric.
I usually juice two to three large beets and 5 to 8 large carrots. Those two ingredients make up 95% of the drink with a 3/5 beet 2/5 carrots ratio. Then add one or two square inches of ginger (I only do one because I cannot handle the zing) and then a large handful of turmeric root.
Lastly I squeeze a lemon and add that and mix.
Getting fresh turmeric is really important. I had no clue how good it is for our bodies and brains, but I cannot drink it by itself.
Good Earth or Natural Grocery or Whole Foods will have most of this stuff.
