I'd take Oregon State, Wazzou and the Zone Schools. Strong enough to grow their brand with better payouts and more
visibility due to plenty of away games in the Central time zone. Also fans are more football centric vs leftcoast. In ten years they have a better chance at thriving and growing vs places where football isn't as popular and hitting a cultural/political wall

The Eastern Slope of Colorado has become California East in terms of culture. Not surprising that Football is dying.
