Then ARod deserves criticism, too, but don't absolve Kalani of responsibility.
If KS is doing his job he must be involved in all hires. The "well it's not Kalani's fault because he let ARod make the decision" is the ultimate abdication of his KS's CEO role. The resume alone told us this was not the hiring of an A player.

I believe they graded as the #11 overall OL, taking into account both pass and run blocking assignments/responsibilities
