Are the BILs single? My single brother brings his dog to most family events
(well...the ones at someone's home...not public places)
Doesn't bother me but it probably bugs some of the extended family.

We have dinner at my MIL's condo nearly every Sunday. Two of my BILs bring their not small dogs with them every time.
