One other stat- we are now above average for the whole season snow pack, meaning that if we didn’t get another snowflake
for the rest of the winter we would still close the season above average. So that should fill the reservoirs up most of the way and we will need to let a lot of water go to the ocean to make room for it.

California needs to build more reservoirs, but environmentalists’ opposition prevails over the greater common good.
