Tiers 3 through 5 are more of the "I crave more information. It's been 12 hours without an update - Oh hey, here's what someone vaguely connected is saying! Is it accurate? Don't even care, just need another hit or realignment updates"

(for inside info on what will happen - I'll maintain that Kurtz is worth listening to, but if you're trying to get breaking news or inside info from him, you're probably in the wrong spot).

So I could easily drop Canzano down to the bottom of Tier 3 or maybe even into Tier 4... but it ultimately doesn't make much difference at that point. I'm not putting a lot of stock into what any of those guys say at this point.
