As certain generations age out of the work force and tech progresses
I do see it being used as a tool for decision makers. I think executives continue to rely on data more and more.
One of the issues currently is the time factor. Each time you need something from a programmer or data analyst it is put on a list and you are at their mercy. It is extremely frustrating at times. Especially if there are mistakes, employees out sick, on vacation, etc. That whole element is a pain that I think will become more real-time and more accurate.
