Yep, ACL surgery is min 9 months to even be cleared for full participation. Regardless if he feels good.
My daughter tore her ACL and is an athlete at BYU and 9 months min before she can do full participation. Takes that long for the ACL repair to get blood flow and become “live”.
Unless Utah has special healing powers, it’s 9 months.

Lol, Rising won’t even be cleared for full practice until probably Sept 1. Minimum 9 months for ACL. And that is best
