The new ACL graft needs time to develop a new vascular supply.
The ACL takes time to build up legitimate tensile strength. There is only so hard you can work. At some point, you just need time to build up tensile stength and healing in the ACL.
That’s why returning too soon puts you at higher risk.

Lol, Rising won’t even be cleared for full practice until probably Sept 1. Minimum 9 months for ACL. And that is best
