It’s not a question of right or wrong on BYU ticket prices & selection priority
BYU had to change the process.
To me this illustrates the on going issues BYU and anything affiliated with marketing at BYU. They aren’t good at marketing and all aspects of marketing. This was a change management opportunity that was handled poorly based on how BYU fans reacted to the process. Will it affect BYU negatively I don’t know. BYU fans are ridiculously loyal which has covered a multitude of sins for decades.
