Delta's SLC -> Europe pricing is getting out of control

Delta One from SLC to any of their European destinations < $10,000 for the dates I need, and no availability for global upgrade certificates.

Westjet from Calgary on a 787 with lay flat seats = $4000 to CDG, FCO, BCN, EDI... Looks like I'll be flying a bunch through Calgary in the future.
