I've got date restrictions as the flight is for business, and while my clients will pay for business class, I try not to soak them with travel costs. Just booked a lay flat through Calgary for $3800, which would have been $13,000 for Delta one. You have to book Premium Economy now to get the D1 upgrade, and all of those were sold out and, no certificate availability for any of my dates. Crazy days at Delta!
