A large part is because I have Amazon Prime now, but one big thing is that when I've had defective products from Amazon, they pay for it to be shipped back. With Newegg I pay to ship it back.

What I do is look on Newegg for the parts (because it's a million times easier to find stuff there) and I use a price comparison extension to find the same item on Amazon.
