"if he was all he was cracked up to have been at Miami he wouldn't be at Utah," well yeah, I feel confident that it goes without saying that if a guy who was the national coach of the year and a 2-time NFL coach was really as good as those accolades would lead one to believe (essentially, one of the best football head coaches on the planet), then he wouldn't be a co-oc at this point in his career. It's kind of silly to essentially say he wouldn't be a great HC hire so that means he wouldn't be a good co-oc hire. There's a reason head coaches in the NFL and college aren't interviewing for coordinator positions.
