I've worked at a firm where I was not a "good fit" and now work at a firm where I seem to be a really "good fit." I've been offered jobs with better pay and always stop to think about my life at the not a "good fit" firm. Where I am is good, and there is lots of up-side potential. I don't know what it would take for me to decide to leave here. The grass would have to appear much, much greener.
