He has apparently been talking to X man at UCLA
Which was a factor in his decision to serve mission. So i am thinking UCLA has a good shot at him. They mentioned this on Criddle and Alema show.
Since he is visiting byu with the other recruits the end of this month we have a chance, however. So you're saying there's a chance!
