Sprained my ankle pretty bad playing church ball a couple weeks ago
The swelling and bruising is pretty much gone but it is still pretty sore and i still can't run or put much pressure on it. At this point should I still be icing it and using a compression wrap or is that just for swelling? Any tips are appreciated. I am going crazy not being able to do anything physical for the last couple weeks.
