I had always had some difficulty breathing.
I would breathe somewhat loudly and when eating sometimes I would have trouble breathing through my nose. I would often be trying to adjust my nose to try and breathe better.

Had it done. Quite painful, somewhat successful. Ice was all that kept me sane.
