Anything with a 346 label is made exclusively for the outlet stores. It's lower quality than the top end BB line, but still as good or better than most department store labels. The outlet stores will also have some 1818 line merchandise. The 1818 is the top end stuff ($1800 suits, $120 shirts, etc), that occasionally gets sent to the outlet stores if they're overstocked, out of production, or are customer returns. In my experience, the split between the 346 and 1818 lines has been about 70/30 in the outlet stores I've been in.
Most all of the 346 line suits are buy off the rack and wear, meaning the pants are already hemmed and the suit coats are already tailored for a semi-fitted look. The thing I like about the 346 suits is that I can buy a suit, and then go back in two years and just buy a new pair of pants because my coats always last longer than my pants.
Because most of the outlet suits are already fitted, BB outlet suits will either fit you or they won't. It's worth 30 minutes checking them out and trying one on though if there's a store near you.
