You can simply poke a few holes in the drywall, to make sure all the water drained out and to allow some air inside the caivty. Wait a month before spackling the holes and painting over the stain. If the tape joints are wrinkled, then it's better to just remove a large piece of drywall to air out the cavity and then have someone come in and repair the hole since you would have had to do it anyway with the wrinkled seam tape.
As far as wood floors go, if there is excessive moisture trapped beneath, then the wood floors will buckle. If you're lucky, the subfloor and any trapped water will dry out on its own before it buckles the wood flooring. A dehumidifier will be your best bet. Otherwise, the wood floors will warp and start to buckle at the joint. It can also cup the flooring and distort the wood. It'll never be the same again. And worst of all, you may get mold if the water doesn't come out.
