That's exactly what is happening.
Did the first cut. Send tissue to lab. Bad results. Derm. wants to do second cut.
I'm pretty irritated that they didn't do it right the first time. Just when the first cut is about to heal, they want to cut a second time.

Because you have to make sure you have clear margins around what is cut out
