Glad that we are done with having kids, no more worries. We had hoped to have all with natural births, but #1 was face-up and got caught in the birth canal. Doctor tried to make it work, but the baby started to get swelling on the head, so had an emergency c-section. Tried for natural with #2, but he woudn't "drop" and doctor (same as for #1) said based on #1, if we waited for him to drop he would be too big (my wife is only about 5' tall) for a natural birth. The doctors in Korea didn't even want to try for a natural birth and from what we had read online, it seemed that it was pretty standard for the mom's safety to not have natural births aftet 2 c-sections. After hearing so many stories, just glad we got 4 healthy ones and no complications to my wife.
One question for you. I had heard later that if the baby was face-up, doctors used to try and push the baby back up into the uterus and spin them so they are face down. Is that a regular practice anymore?
