I believe a key component of a strong season is not just the skill and execution of the team, but also the personalities in the locker room. This year we have a solid leader that is well established in Taysom Hill. Definately need a QB with his charisma and leadership if you are going to have success in any season. Then their is the funny, laid back attitude of Jamal Williams which I imagine is good for the locker room and even our fan base. It seems like we have some strong and key personalities this year that will add to the team's success.
Juxtapose this with the Heaps/Nelson contention and the attitude that Ogletree had towards it which was pretty disruptive in the locker room and in my mind disruptive on the field.
