My wife rarely/never watches games with me and my son. When she does, she gets
upset if we just yell loud. In particular, if we yell something like "get him" or "light him up" or "drill him". She feels it is violent and we're advocating hurting another human being or belittling them.

She thinks we humiliate an opponent if we win by more than the minimum points. says "i feel so sorry for those other boys"

Swearing or quasi swearing? I'd be on silent treatment for 2-3 days followed by a dressing down and comment about not upholding my priesthood.
