I believe he has improved, but if people are expecting him to be light it up

then I'm sure they will be disappointed because qb's like him virtually never make those big leaps (See Jake Locker, Mike Vick, Vince Young etc) no matter how much time they put into it. It's similar to "shooters" in basketball imo, no one just lights it up from 3 after being mediocre the year prior.
