I'm skeptical about the others being regularly scheduled. P12 doesn't want away OOC games in November. My assumption is that this gives the P12 teams advantages late in the season if possible.

USU is "traditionally" Conference Weekend.

'15 and '16 end with USU over Thanksgiving, '17 and '18 end with Hawaii/Utah
