You could probably build it for the same if not cheaper. Depends on the rail. There are cheap ones and expensive ones. But classic rails are losing favor these days for more modular designs like the KMR. Like I said, buyer's market right now.

I did a BCM build recently with a KMR rail, NiB BCG, and a BCM extended charging handle for about $800 just a month or two ago.
