I don't think that was a botched snap. Looked to me like he had the option

to run if the defense fell into return coverage and left him enough room to pick up the first. Enough defenders stayed home so he punted it on the run. Arellano wasn't even running full speed so that one play isn't a great measuring stick for his speed.
