Texas needs 6 wins and can get there if Swoopes continues to progress. Defense is legit. Possible bowl.
UConn is probably a 6-7 win team this year. Looked good against BSU and will continue to improve this season. I really like their HC. Probably a bowl team.
Houston should be 7-8 wins this season. Bowl team.
Virginia is a 6-7 win season. They already have a win they shouldn't have and may get another surprise win in the ACC along with ones they should probably win. Probably a bowl team here.
UCF is an 8-win team. Bowl team.
Nevada could actually be a 7-10 win team this year. If they play well against BSU and CSU at home those could be W's. Bowl team.
Boise is 8-10 wins this year. Bowl team.
Middle Tenn is a 7-8 win team. Bowl team.
UNLV I didn't even bother looking at their schedule. No Bowl.
Cal is a 5-7 win team. If they are already bowl eligible when BYU plays them then that make the game less meaningful for them. They need to win some games they shouldn't and win all the games they should. A 5-win team fighting for a bowl spot makes that game dog fight. Possible bowl team.
So that makes for 7 bowl teams on our schedule and 2 more possible bowl teams. Those two possible bowl teams are important ones because they are P5 members, Texas and Cal (our biggest win and our last win). The schedule isn't "great" but the schedule is looking to be quite "solid".
