Very strange. I was able to find Doug's ballot from last week and looks like he

does have BYU at 13. Unless it was a mistake or something, pretty unbelievable that he has them ranked 13 and then unranked.

I was also noting not all pollsters ranked all 25 teams. Seems very odd to me.
