The Surface Pro 3 is meant for professionals, hence "Pro" in the name. Apple products are targeted to consumers. Still, there are many companies that still purchase iPads for their employees. This is where I think Microsoft can make in-roads. My boss was given an iPad and he complains all the time that he'd rather have a Surface Pro 3. Furthermore, I was using the opportunity to take a shot at Apple fan boys, because they're a fun group to tease.
